Our company hosted unique Design Thinking workshop, which was conducted by third-grade students from the General Secondary School No. 1 in Leszno – Milena, Jagoda and Zuzanna. The event was aimed at our Product Development Team, and its aim was to introduce participants to the world of innovative problem-solving methods and creative design thinking.

The workshop was based on interactive exercises that allowed the Werner Kenkel team to learn theory and immediately apply it in practice. A key element of the training was developing teamwork skills and asking questions that help find unconventional solutions.
The positive opinions of the participants confirmed that members of the younger generation, despite their lack of formal professional experience, bring a fresh perspective, energy and a modern approach to challenges to the organisation.
