Greetings from the New Management Board and Owners Group Werner Kenkel

The year 2024 was a remarkable one for Werner Kenkel – we celebrated the 45th anniversary of our company. This milestone was not only a beautiful jubilee but also an opportunity to reflect on years of hard work. It also marked a significant change in our company’s structure. The founder’s sons, Adam and Damian Kenkel, have decided to hand over the day-to-day management of the company to an experienced management team. Rafał Grochowczak will assume the role of president, while Maciej Słoma and Krzysztof Giera will serve as vice presidents. Adam and Damian Kenkel will focus on the strategic directions of the company’s development as members of the supervisory board.

This change will enable Werner Kenkel to better respond to evolving market trends and customer needs while upholding the values that form the foundation of our operations.

We emphasize that we remain a family-owned company – we strongly believe that our family-oriented character is our greatest strength.
