On December 5, 2024, the grand finale of the national Social Responsibility Leaders Program, part of the European Business Forum 2024, was held in Katowice at the Hotel Monopol. The event brought together representatives from the business world, experts, and social leaders who collectively discussed key challenges and trends in the modern economy and social life.
The highlight of the forum was the ceremony for presenting the prestigious LSO statuettes as part of the Social Responsibility Leaders Program. Among the winners were leaders distinguished in three key categories: Good Company, Good Employer, and Eco Company. The Good Employer award is given to companies that implement exemplary practices in creating a friendly, supportive, and growth-oriented work environment while promoting the values of responsible business.
The forum’s theme, “The Future is Today,” served as a platform for exchanging knowledge and experiences in areas crucial to the modern economy. Key topics addressed during the discussion panels included:

The Social Responsibility Leaders Program, organized for the past 17 years, aims to promote CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) principles in companies and institutions operating in Poland. This year’s edition highlighted the importance of social responsibility in the context of dynamic economic, ecological, and technological changes.
