WERNER KENKEL AMONG THE BEST POLISH EMPLOYERS!

For the third time, Forbes Polska magazine and the research company Statista have selected the best employers in Poland. The selection was made after summarising questionnaires completed by employees of large companies that took part in the survey. In order to participate in the survey, you had to fill out a specially prepared questionnaire. The survey was anonymous.

The title of “Best Employer 2023” for Werner Kenkel, awarded for the third time in a row, is a great distinction and confirmation that the company is developing in the right direction. It is also a huge responsibility and a big challenge for the future. This year, in the category “Production and processing of raw materials, building materials, metal and paper”, Werner Kenkel took seventh place.

The ranking was based on the following evaluation criteria:

• Direct recommendation, i.e. the willingness of employees to recommend their employer.
• Indirect recommendation, i.e. the willingness of employees to recommend other employers from the industry in which they are currently employed.
• The assessment given by the respondents to their employers regarding: image and growth, development and prospects, relations between employees, management, pay, sustainable development, workload (holiday policy).

We are glad that Werner Kenkel was included in the honourable group of the Best Polish Employers!
