WERNER KENKEL GROUP AMONG THE BEST EMPLOYERS

In April, the first edition of the ranking of The Best Polish Employers was published, which was developed by the Forbes magazine in cooperation with Statista. The survey was based on a list of approximately 1,800 employers employing at least 250 employees in Poland. More than 10,000 employees participated in the survey. The respondents were asked to express their opinion on dozens of statements describing the activities of their employer in seven main areas:

Development and prospects

Employee relationships and management

Wage

Working conditions and equipment

Sustainable development

Workload

The survey lasted from September to October 2020 and based on the analysis of the answers given, the 300 Best Polish Employers were selected.
